Responsible for data processing on this website (Art. 4 (7) GDPR):
Irena Savchyn

2. What this site does — and does not do
This is a static portfolio website. It does not use tracking cookies, analytics services, advertising networks, or contact forms. No user accounts exist and no personal data is collected for marketing purposes.
3. Server log files
When you visit this site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted by the hosting provider according to its retention schedule.
4. Embedded third-party content
Some pages embed interactive content that is loaded from third-party servers when the page is displayed or when you interact with it. When such content loads, your IP address is transmitted to the respective provider:
- Spline (prod.spline.design) — interactive 3D logo scene
- unpkg / Cloudflare CDN (unpkg.com) — the 3D viewer library
- Netlify (*.netlify.app) — embedded live demos (SVN VJ Controller, AR Home Gallery)
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in presenting interactive portfolio work. The embedded demos request camera or microphone access only after your explicit browser permission; that media data is processed locally in your browser and is neither stored nor transmitted.
5. Contact by e-mail
If you contact me by e-mail, your message and contact details are processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and deleted once the matter is concluded, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Password-protected area
The MedReality case study is password-protected. The password you enter is processed exclusively in your browser to decrypt the page content; it is not transmitted to or stored on any server.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21) regarding your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — in North Rhine-Westphalia: Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit NRW.
