1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the website savchyn-design.com (the "Site"), operated by Irena Savchyn (see Impressum). By using the Site you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is a personal design and development portfolio. It presents selected work for informational and self-promotional purposes. It does not sell products or services directly and does not process payments.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — texts, images, videos, animations, code experiments, and design work — is protected by copyright. Unless stated otherwise, the rights belong to Irena Savchyn. Work created for clients (including DocCheck projects such as Corpus and MedReality) remains the property of the respective rights holders and is shown here solely as professional reference. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content requires prior written consent.

4. Use of interactive demos

Embedded tools and demos (e.g. SVN // VJ Controller, AR experiences) are provided free of charge for evaluation and personal use, "as is", without any warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Camera and microphone features run locally in your browser and are activated only with your permission.

5. External links

The Site contains links to external websites. I have no influence over their content; the respective operators are responsible for it. At the time of linking, no legal violations were apparent.

6. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as under mandatory statutory provisions. For simple negligence I am liable only for damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. The Site is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

7. Governing law

German law applies. If individual provisions of these terms are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
